I personally enjoy doing yoga every morning, especially when I know i have a lot to do that day. Because of my profession, yoga is also very helpful to gather my energy and focus every breath as I stretch my muscles. I highly recommend yoga. Adriene is great and she is easy to follow. Everyday is different which is awesome and as you go through the videos you will learn to do some stretches on your own time.
