As soon as you feel some type of itchy sore throat just add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with warm water and gargle every hour. Vinegar creats acidic fluid where germs can't survive.

If you are experiencing any stomach pain or even dirrahea add 1 or 2 tablespoons into water or clear juice like apple juice. There are properties in apple cider vinegar like pectin that helps with spams in the digestive tract and prevents any bacteria from growing.

The acedic acid can increase metabolism, control appetite and reduce water retention.
Can be used to get rid of dandruff
Mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 of water in spray bottle. Wrap towel and sit for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Wash throughly and for best results do twice a week. The apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp and prevents yeast from growing.
Clears Acne
You can use apple cider vinegar as a toner and leaves your skin looking healthier. It can keep acne under control by the antibacterial properties. May soften, exfoliate, reduce red spots and balance the pH of your skin. You can use a cotton swab and apply gently.
The list can go on, there are many more benefits from the use of apple cider vinegar such as boost your energy, help leg cramps, bad breathe, whitens teeth and helps to control blood sugar. Apple cider vinegar is everything we should have in our cabinets not only for food making but for our own use for a healthier way of living.
